The Purchasing Department Mission Statement
Manage a centralized procurement system that:
Purchases all goods and services
Disposes of salvage and surplus materials
Uses procurement skills and technology that
results in high quality and cost-effective services
For all City departments partnering to deliver first
class services to the citizens

The Purchasing Department is located on the second floor of Garland City Hall, 200 N. Fifth Street, Garland, TX 75040
The Warehouse Mission Statement The Warehouse mission is to create value for our customers and our City by providing quality materials and services in a cost-effective and timely manner. Through cooperative efforts with our customers, we are forming a joint partnership in delivering reliable quality services to the community.
Vision: The Warehouse's vision is to be the best municipal warehouse in Texas.
The City Warehouse is located at 1720 Commerce Street, Garland, TX 75040.
