Fleet Services has technicians on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week, in the event of an after hours emergency, please call the Water Department Dispatch phone at (972) 205-3210.  They have a current list of the Fleet Services on-call personnel and will notify Fleet with your information.

How do I get a vehicle replaced?

Each department must fill out an Equipment Appraisal form for each piece of equipment they would like to have replaced.  These forms are then sent to Fleet Services for review.  The units that are being replaced then need to be brought to Fleet Services for an equipment evaluation inspection.  This information along with other factors are considered and the request is either approved or denied.  All responses are then returned to the requesting departments.  The approved forms then need to go to the Budget department for funding.
