I-30 TIF Board
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the I-30 TIF Board of the City of Garland, Texas, will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 in the Old Budget Conference Room located on the 3rd Floor of City Hall, 200 N. Fifth Street, Garland, Texas to consider the following matters:
1. Discuss and approve the Preliminary I-30 TIF
Project/Financing Plan
2. Appoint a Vice Chairman
3. Future agenda items
4. Adjourn
